With The Selection Lab you can invite your candidates for an online assessment. You will receive the result as a report as soon as the candidate decided to share its result.
Prerequisites:
In order to enable this integration a token must be requested via integrations@theselectionlab.com. Please provide the company name for which you have create a company account and your company ID in the e-mail. You can find your company ID in Recruitee under 'Settings' > 'Apps and Plugins' > 'Jobs widget' > 'Companies' > "ID: <your company ID>".
You will receive a token as soon as we have checked the eligibility for access to Recruitee. In case you do not have a company account yet, please follow the instructions provided on our home page www.theselectionlab.com after you click on ‘Get Started’.
When you obtained your token, you can copy-paste this in the ‘The Selection Lab’-integration pop-up in Recruitee. The pop-up will be shown if you click on 'Integrate' via 'Settings' > 'Apps and Plugins' > 'Integrations' > 'The Selection Lab'. Hereafter you should be able to use the integration in the candidate-profile pop-up that is available for each of your candidates.
You can send an assessment to each of your candidates listed in the ‘Candidates’-tab when you open the candidate-profile pop-up. In each profile you will find the option to send a “The Selection Lab” assessment. We provide one type of assessment that can be sent with or without intelligence test (for three different norm-groups) in two languages: English and Dutch. The language, first- and lastname that you provide will be used in the email and assessment for the candidate as well as in the report. We require to select an (admin) contact to be able to send you the result of a candidate as soon as it is shared.
When the candidate shared its result, an ‘Open’ link will be shown next to the invite. In case a candidate choses to not share its result it will be marked as ‘canceled’.
If there are any further questions, don't hesitate to contact us via integrations@theselectionlab.com.
