As an intern, you’ll be in charge of one of our key products: the Talent Pool. Our Talent Pool connects students with the organizations that best match their skills and interests. Through a short assessment, students (our talents) are introduced to organizations that align with them. When organizations express interest, they reach out to the student—flipping the traditional recruitment process!
As our Student Customer Success & Recruitment intern, you’ll be setting up and managing various recruitment campaigns, both online and offline, aimed at attracting students to join our Talent Pool. This will give you hands-on experience with digital tools like Dripify and LinkedIn.
Once students join, you’ll follow up personally. You’ll connect with them by phone, discuss their ambitions and goals, and understand their needs so you can tailor support accordingly.
In addition, you’ll collect feedback from these students to help improve processes and make their Talent Pool experience even better! 🤩 The goal? To have as many students as possible use our assessment product!
Of course, you won’t be alone—our Customer Success Team Lead, Mart, will guide you throughout your internship. 🤝

Are you interested in customer success and recruitment? Do you easily connect with others and enjoy networking? If so, this internship could be perfect for you!
Can you start immediately? Fantastic! If not, a later start date is also possible. We expect you to be enthusiastic and available for at least three days a week over a minimum of three months. This hands-on internship will take place at our office in the heart of Amsterdam.
Studying something like (applied) psychology, marketing, or communication? That’s a plus, but not essential. Different background? No problem—we’re open to exploring the possibilities! Your motivation and drive are what matter most to us.
Another must is an excellent command of Dutch.
