Handhaven Support is an organisation that recruits, seconds and trains enforcers. For their in-house training, they hire people who, after a successful exam, can start working as enforcers. However, many of these candidates have to retake this exam several times, which incurs a lot of costs.
Thereupon, Handhaven Support decided to improve the candidate selection process beforehand. In collaboration with The Selection Lab, they developed a job profile and used the assessment process to look for candidates who were a better fit.
The pass rate after the 1st exam rose from 40% to 90%
